stick advice

hello- I want a stick to suit my game. Im good at ball control, soft touches, accurate passing, and really big tackles, and can't shoot or flick to save my life.

I need a stick that is medium heavy medium bow but has a really strong 'trampoline' effect, the springy motion that carries force into a tackle or a long pass. I dont necessarily want a stick that has a hard glassy feel, or even a definitively defensive stick.
