Stick Bows

I have tried both mid-low bows (250) and low bows (200), and I'm kinda not quite sure on which bow is right for my game.

I want to improve my dribbling with my new stick (fast stick action, 3d skills etc), and want to hit and pass (push mainly) more accurately and with more power. I'm learning aerials and backhands as well.

Any suggestions on which bow to pick?
